• Appointments: Appointment windows provided are estimates. While we strive to arrive on time, unforeseen delays (traffic, previous job complications) may occur. We will make every effort to notify you of delays.
• Cancellations: We respectfully request at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Frequent cancellations or “no-shows” may result in a cancellation fee or the requirement of a deposit for future bookings.
• Emergency Services: 24/7 emergency services are subject to availability and may incur higher labor rates than standard business hours.

4. Estimates and Payments

• Estimates: Quotes and estimates provided by AES are based on a visual inspection and the information available at the time. Unforeseen circumstances (such as hidden water damage or wiring issues behind walls) may alter the final cost. We will always seek your approval before performing additional work.
• Payment Terms: Payment is due upon completion of the service unless prior financing arrangements have been made.
• Accepted Methods: We accept major credit cards, checks, and approved financing plans.

5. Warranties and Guarantees

• Labor Warranty: AES stands behind our workmanship. Specific labor warranty durations will be outlined in your service invoice or installation contract.
• Manufacturer Warranty: Equipment (furnaces, AC units, generators, etc.) is covered by the manufacturer’s warranty. AES is not responsible for manufacturing defects but will assist in filing warranty claims for equipment we installed.
• Voiding Warranty: Unauthorized repairs, lack of required maintenance (such as changing filters), or DIY attempts to fix equipment may void your AES labor warranty.
